Wander
Terms of use.
Last updated July 21, 2026.
Wander is operated by High Points Ventures, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to the terms below. They're deliberately short.
Your account
You sign in with an email or Google account you control, using an invitation code we or another member sent you. Keep your invitation code and login credentials to yourself. You're responsible for activity in your account.
Your content
Notes, ratings, tags, and photos you add to your atlas belong to you. You grant us the limited permission to store, display, and back them up so the app can function. We don't publish your atlas, sell it, or share it with other users outside your household.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Upload photos you don't have the right to share, or content that's illegal, harassing, or infringing.
- Attempt to break into other users' accounts or the underlying infrastructure.
- Use the app to scrape or resell hotel data or Google Places results.
We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things. If you spot a problem, email us.
Third-party services
The app uses Google Places for hotel search and photos, and Google Sign-In as one of the login options. Their terms apply to those interactions.
The app, as-is
Wander is provided as-is, without warranties. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Please verify important details (availability, pricing, amenities) directly with the hotel before booking. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which, at time of writing, is zero).
Changes and ending
We may update these terms as the app grows; the date at the top will reflect the latest version. You can stop using Wander at any time — see the Privacy page for how to delete your data. We may end your access if you violate these terms.
