Privacy, in plain language.

Wander is a private travel atlas. This page describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is maintained by High Points Ventures, LLC and reflects how the app actually behaves today.

What we collect

• Your email address, so you can sign in and we can send you a one-time code when you ask for one.
• The hotels you add — names, notes, tags, ratings, and any photos you upload — kept in your household's private atlas.
• Basic account metadata — when you signed up, which invitation code you used, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google display name and profile picture.
• Hotel information from Google Places — when you search for a hotel to add, we ask Google Places for matching lodgings and cache their photos so your atlas loads quickly.

What we don't collect

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers or marketing pixels.
• We don't share your atlas or wishlist with other users. Your household sees only its own data.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in Lovable Cloud (a managed Supabase/Postgres backend on Cloudflare's global network). Photos live in Lovable Cloud storage. Row-level security is enabled, so a request signed by your account can only read rows tied to your household.

Who else touches it

• Google — for Sign in with Google (if you use it) and Google Places lookups. Google's own privacy policy applies to those interactions.
• Lovable — hosts the app and the database on our behalf.

That's the entire list. If we ever add another processor (e.g., analytics or email delivery), this page changes first.

Your controls

You can delete individual stays, wishlist items, and photos from inside the app at any time. To delete your entire account and household, or to request a copy of your data, email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
